The Board of Tides & Tales Maritime Community Project CLG invites you to the official launch of our new and enhanced website.  The site showcases the rich maritime history of Waterford, its harbour and the Three Sister Rivers.  The Website Enhancement Launch takes place on Thursday 16th January 2025 at 12 noon, Central Library, Waterford City.

Bernadette Guest, Heritage Officer, Waterford City and County Council will launch the new site.

This new development allows the project to provide several enhancements.  These include a cleaner look to the site, enhanced SEO, better search facilities, better categorisation of site content, retail facilities and donations to offset running costs. All the better to showcase the maritime heritage of the area. Ronan Cleary of Eagle Dreams Digital Media carried out the work.  The funding was provided through the Heritage Council Community Heritage Grant 2024.
